URF and Grey Warwick Earning Idea

I know these skins are discontinued...but seeing as Warwick got a brand new spanking model and effects and stuff, it'd be nice to have these skins obtainable again.

Now I know people who own the skin don't like that, because it isn't special anymore, which is why I kinda thought about it for a bit.

Remember when Championship Riven came back for a limited time? They added special "markers" to the original skin to show who got it originally, and who bought it during the 'event'. So that people know.

Here's my idea.

-Make Grey and URF Warwick available only through Hextech Crafting as rare skins. Not exactly like gem skin rarity, but maybe like DJ Sona rarity or in-between the two? You'll have to either buy or earn boxes and keys to have a chance at finding the skin, which leaves in the "earning" part (or just spending a lot of monies). They could be gemstone skins too but that might be a little too rare.

-Add something special to the original skins like a border and in-game marker to show who earned them originally and who earned it new through crafting

It leaves in the rarity so not everyone is running around with it, but also gives people who missed out the chance to earn it too which I think is nice. It'd be a little insulting to just have it available to buy, but this way people have to build towards it. After all, they are cool and very old skins, but seeing as very few people have them (and I've been playing for about 3 years, I have yet to see one in game yet) and Warwick got his update finally, I think there should be a way to earn them again.

Plus, the biggest reason I see for being against bringing at least Grey WW back is because you had to earn him. If Riot were to put my idea in place, people would still be earning the skin, and putting in a lot more time and effort into getting the keys and the boxes for a very small chance of finding the skin.
