The option of voicepacks!

Hello community! Recently i've looked into the changing of voicepacks in League of Legends, but it seems like it can't be done without a 3rd party program that could possibly get you banned, so therefore I ask you to raise your voices and let's show Riot that we want the option to choose the voicepacks, because a voiceactor can sometimes change a whole character, it shouldn't be limited to your region.
