Nurse Akali originally looks like she wants to help her patients and actually looks like a certified nurse, while Nurse Akali now looks like an example of nepotism and will secretly kill every patient behind the doctor's backs. Does this happen to be with the change in lore? I thought Akali always murdered people.
I don't really see the personality change. She doesn't seem caring about Amumu's discomfort.

Since the "doctor" skins are for the Kinkou ninjas, the change from a helpful nurse to this malpractitioner is almost definitely because of her "normal" character changing, no longer being aligned with them.
I'm annoyed since part of the sales for that skin initially went toward charity.
