what's important about nautilus

Nautilus has two significant icons. His original background art, and the early cinematic, where nautilus is huge and formidable, but gets blown up by Graves bombs/guns. Nautilus is alone. He is trapped in a robotic/depth diving shell, but still has faith and trudges on. The nautical theme is less important then his nature of being alone but persevering. Nautilus is a much cooler then blitz man trapped in a robotic body. Nautilus is a Dreadnought.
