Shouldn't Sion have a speech impediment?

His lower jaw is not only prosthetic, but it was never designed as such (it's a crown). I'll accept that this crown-jaw is properly attached to his TMJ so he can at least open and close his mouth in some rudimentary fashion, but there's no way it's usable for producing anything close to what he needs for his voice lines, particularly "F" and "V" sounds, which heavily rely on the lower lip.

Sion actually doesn't talk at all, its sheer rage your hearing and it just happens to sound like words

If you look really closely at his model, you can tell it's bolted onto his jaw rather than replacing it. So he's got a lower lip back there, it's just obscured by crown.

The horrific injuries that Sion sustained caused sufficient structural damage to the jawbone that it would otherwise be useless - instead of serving as a replacement for the jaw, the crown acts as a reinforcement to hold the jaw (or rather, the shattered bone fragments formerly known as Sion's mouth) in the correct shape similar to the real-life usage of metal implants, except that the crown is on the outside both for the sake of intimidation and the lack of advancements in surgical procedures compared to the real world.

Sure, necromancy is the reason why he's 'alive', but without steel plating everywhere, he'd just be a formless monster made of hate and rotten flesh that barely looked even remotely humanoid anymore.

Sion doesnt talk like a normal person. He uses his chest alot when pushing out his words, and others have said, basically speaks if he were "raging". Try and speak like Sion and use that heavy voice. Though sounds sounds are not very clear, they still come through.
