Don't Think of Lissandra as an 'Anti-Hero'...

Think of her more as a 'lesser of two evils' compared to that of the Watchers. She was obviously an ambitious, somewhat power hungry woman for making a deal with the Watchers to grant herself magical abilities and immortality, but she obviously knew the true threat of the Void (something that Malzahar seemingly embraces or outright is unaware of).

She is still the same Ice Witch who manipulates Freljordian history for her own benefit from within the shadows, only she does it for herself now rather than for the Watchers. The fact that she fears the Watchers so much and is so active in keeping them imprisoned only emphasizes how big of a threat they are, maybe even as the true 'big-bad' of League's universe.

If they're intending to make her more anti-villainous than someone like Elise , then her current bio really needs a rewrite to emphasize that she's still a manipulative, power-hungry villain. There's way too much emphasis on the Watchers and her not working with them.

Those who think of Lissandra as an anti-hero have not understood her new bio (which is completely understandable, considering how confusing it is). Lissandra was an evil henchman who betrayed her masters once she realized their plans were at odds with hers. The fact that she's fighting a common greater evil doesn't change the fact that she's a villain through and through.

Lissandra only wants to conquer the world herself! She is a villain character but as you said shes the lesser evil... She doesnt want the watchers so consume her world which she wants to dominate one day so she took advantage of them by making her Iceborn and then she imprisoned them :)

Isn't this the exact definition of an anti-hero? They do bad things for good reasons. That is an anti-hero.

Then shouldn't her line "The Watchers will return.." be changed slightly? Her tone is pretty much in anticipation as was the intent back when she actually wanted them to return.

Lissandra is now basically Alarak for Starcraft. She's still a power hungry manipulator but when she realized her boss was omnicidal she stuck a knife in thier backs. Can't rule the world if there isn't a world left.
