VS 2018 failed as a follow up to VS 2017

In VS 2017 we saw Chaos won so the setting for VS 2018 should of been a world dominated by Chaos. The world should be lawless like a mad max kind of thing. Darius is like a Bandit King he take what ever he want and when he want. Garen kingdom shouldn't be a Kingdom. It should be smaller a first civilization kind of thing.

The setting for VS 2018 is perfect if Order had won in 2017.

Except Order and Chaos constantly fight and no one has actual foothold for very long. By the time the God-Kings arrived, I could see Garen create his small corner of order.

This would make sense if both "VS" skin sets existed in the same universe. As it stands though, it looks like VS is more of just a general skin theme rather than a skin universe, like Project or Star Guardian are. So the God-Kings don't necessarily belong to the same alt-universe as DB Riven and NB Yasuo.

I should have been the other way around Garen to have a little group of people that want order while Darius should have many followers of Chaos
