Next champion could be an Ixtal based character. I think

I don't think they'd release 2 Ixtal champions in a row.
Oh yeah the symbol is definitely similar but..the theme just doesn't add up at all. In that teaser they use some kind of like black and white spirity shadows looking magic, nothing like the clear cut elemental powers of Ixtal.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they put in another Ixtal champion next. In Qiyana's special interactions, she has voice lines specifically set up to trigger when she meets other Ixtal champions in game, so that makes me feel like they've gotta have at least one already in the works.
It's possible, although a lot of other people say that it could be a Blessed Isles champion and in the lore Helia (the Blessed Isles city) was inspired by the architecture in Ixaocan so that could line up. Last time there was a new Shadow Isles champion was Kalista in 2014, and the last update to the Isles was Yorick in 2016 so I would be super interested to see what's going on there. The bolt of magic also doensn't look elemental which is kind of the thing with Ixaocan society.
I'm still thinking that it's a Blessed Isles champion; the intersecting circles with the squares are closer to them than to Ixtal. But Ixtal influenced the Blessed Isles architecture, so the resemblance is no coincidence.
Possible... At first, we all jumped on the Blessed Isles train when we saw that teaser gif. It uses the same clear shape-based architecture, and Ixtal was not revealed at that time. However, with the revelation of Ixtal, and more importantly, that Ixtal and Helia share a common origin, it is possible that the teaser was referring to Ixtal all along. The architecture does match, the colors don't really. The Black and White can be transferred to the ruination, but I don't see a similar event in Ixtal.
Also, the release timings: We have Qiyana -> Pantheon -> the Marksmen ( -> an unrevealed rework?). The gap between Yuumi, Mordekaiser and Qiyana is very small, actually there is no gap, they released one each patch. I don't think they can keep up with this speed, but we can assume the marksmen comes in maybe three months. That is still really early.
Now, arguments can be made for both sides. Either they need to release another Ixtal champion because it's underpopulated at the moment, or they can't release another one because Qiyana blocks that spot. So my answer is a definitive maybe. I would not be surprised, but I would not bet on it either.
I really doubt its a coincidence since we've just got our first look at Ixtal and the similarities are quite big. Also we still don't know much about this place, so it'd make sense for riot to release another champ from that region to give us a better understanding of it.
And it looks like the ADC shoots what appears to be a mix of light and darkness and Ixtal is said to be focused on elemental magic.

I'm guessing its a coincidence, but that is actually really cool and props to whoever found that! I really hope it's not a coincidense.
Could be a new Shadow Isles champion - the Blessed Isles were, as we've found out, an Ixtali colony, so they would have similar architecture. Also, it's been a long time since we saw a new face in the Shadow Isles. Like, I think Kalista was the last one? And since then Evelynn and Mordekaiser were both pretty heavily divorced from Shadow Isles lore.
For once, I'm tired of champions. I wish they'd spend some time fixing matchmaking.

Ooo, are we getting that ADC next? Hoping it won't have a bland kit like Qiyana.
Looks like void-related patterns/colors there. Could even be Icathian. Doesn't really fits Ixtal's theme at all tbh.
