Zoe spawn music

Hi everyone! I have a question. Sometimes, when I play Zoe, at the very beginning of the game (at first spawning, to be more accurate) it plays music like from Zoe's login screen. But it happens not all the time. Anybody knows why?

idk but i sure know i hate zoe

could be some champs have starter music, like jhin, or star guardian skins

Might be a bug?

Im pretty sure its supposed to be there at the start 100% of the time for Zoe.

It apparently happens with some of the new champs, not a bug. If I'm not wrong Swain has it aswell, maybe Kai'sai.
