Well, granted, any time Neeko copies a male sho'ma, she has a chance to proc the "Do I smell as bad as I look?" quote. So between Graves, Singed, and Twitch, I think Graves is the only one whose smell could be "salvaged" by a bath. (Also, yeah, cigar smoke is probably just particularly foul to Neeko's nose)
