Could Evelynn be the Lore Equivalent of Lady Gaga?
when im not thriving off of the tears of adc mains by playing brand/zyra/velkoz/veigar bot lane because sometimes the ability to kill a priority target with one rotation is much more useful than the ability to give 200 hp every 4 seconds, or playing actually useful champions, i play evelynn. because she's actually one of my favourite champions in the game, next to bard and zyra. the 3 of them have commonalities too; theyre all hot, completely inhuman, and wear little to no clothing.
you may be thinking that hey; this thread is pretty stupid. there's no way evelynn would be the Lady Gaga of the league of legions. and you may also have seen the thread where i said it jokingly on that other dude's thread which served as the inspiration for this thread.
but you know what ? you can have fun trying to convince me that evelynn wouldn't wear a dress made out of meat, but i wouldn't be having it she would wear that to a meeting to determine who she's gonna kill next. oh this im wearing ? it's from my previous eight victims. its cute isnt it ? evelynn's lore dialogue theme and overall feel are proof enough that she would. also, as for her music? there's a number of pop songs that 100% would be on evelynns pop album and would top the charts from the good old shadow isles to shurima (azir would probably a HUGE stan):

all these thongs fit thematically to what evelynn is; an excessively opulent bondage ghost that will eat whoever you want her to for an exorbitant price. these songs flow so well with that theme that they might as well not be separate liquids.
now evelynn MUST be well known if she is allowed to charge such high prices for her assassinations as her lore states. even if she isn't all that good at assassinations as her lore makes her out to be (given her state in the game), "Invisible Man Eating Bondage Ghost" is going to get a lot of attention. not only that, it's going to sell. because she wouldn't be able to charge high prices if there was not enough demand for her work.
so now that we've established evelynn must be well known, unique, and iconic. she definitely could be a figure reminiscent of our own Lady Gaga. evelynn's field of influence would probably preside primarily in 5 regions: noxus, bilgewater, demacia, the shadow isles (obviously), and ionia. the reasons for each region are explained below:
noxus: because of elise being a member of the the black rose, it's entirely possible that she had recommended and had evelynn commissioned by the several of the noxus elite including the black rose who want their foes to meet a particularly gruesome ending. also, just look at her next to leblanc and talon, the other two noxian fashionistas, they probably shop together or something.
bilgewater: the shadow isles are tied to bilgewater by lore. bilgewater is also connected to noxus by lore. it makes sense.
ionia: PLEASE. so many shadow isles champions are connected to ionia. we got thresh kalista AND hecarim. she could also be friends with jhin, syndra, and zed for various reasons. ALSO NOXUS. THEY TEND TO IMPOSE THE CULTURE ON THE PLACE THEYRE COLONIZING.
demacia: evelynn can turn invisible. she also knows all the noxian elite. there's NO WAY demacia's corrupt and wealthy politicians aren't trying to into that murderghost's contact list. too much coin to be made.

she's not in the freljord because its too cold and she's not in shurima because they're all poor (except for azir)
