2018 Lore Tournament - 12th December: Stains on a Name vs The Monster of Kalduga Outpost

#Introduction

Hey everyone! Bioluminescence said in this thread that the lore tournament will not be continued, but then I asked myself why we should not be able to continue it (unofficially). So, if it's a thing that Riot said and enforces, this post might get locked, deleted or something. We'll see. However, I found it very interesting to go over all the stories again and pick a winner, so I picked it up. If you want to, you can also post the polls if I miss one or remind me. Just make sure there is only one post per day, or voting will be confusing. We're in this together now, I hope we can make it to the end.

#2018 Lore Tournament: Day 7

Today, we pitch Stains on a Name, the short story released with Irelias rework, against the recently released The Monster of Kalduga Outpost, Neekos story.

Stains on a Name by John O'Byran Irelia is attacked by an Assassin and has to kill him, then reflects over her blades. Can there be peace in Ionia once the slaughter has begun?

The Monster of Kalduga Outpost by Matthew Dunn Neeko infiltrates a Noxian outpost, to investigate what these humans are like and most importantly, what they eat. However, they turn against each other and kill their own men before Neeko reaches the larder. Humans are weird...

[EDIT] Voting is finished! I can not lock this post, so technically you are still able to vote, but these votes will not be counted and I doubt it would change much anyway. Stains on a Name wins with 33 to 19 votes (11:33 AM PST) and will be competing against "From the Ashes" on the 20th.
