one involving a meeting between Kled and Poppy, here's the scenario
Poppy is defending a fort with a retinue of soldiers, and then we see smoke forming in the distance. poppy looks onwards, and sees a rolling lizard and another yordle (I assume yordles see through their glamour).
Poppy sidesteps the charge, and another demacian is sent flying instead. from there, Kled and Poppy formally meet. Kled, initiating the fight, charges at Poppy, who deflects the initial axe sweep, but is taken by surprise as skaarl quickly changes direction and tackles her. Poppy quickly regains composure, and attacks Skaarl, but is surprised to do no visible damage, and is quickly greeted by very aggressive axe strikes from a screaming Kled. After tanking those blows, Poppy slams her hammer on the ground. Kled ignores this weak attack, laughing, and then is greeted by a second explosion.
Skaarl runs away at this, leaving Poppy dumbfounded, but seeing an opening in Kled, yelling at Skaarl. what we next is a close up of Kled, turning to look at Poppy, and being greeted by her hammer all in slo-mo. Poppy declares "surrender now, and you will live", Kled simply, and quite darkly, says "No one, especially a Demacian Yordle, tells me what to do". What we see next is an absolute thrashing, Kled only able to get his pistol for for a small relief.
one more time, poppy says, "please surrender, I dont want to...to kill a fellow yordle". kled bitterly bites back "You Coward" he gets up "do you not understand, KLED DONT RU-OWW". After having thrown her buckle at Kled, Poppy somberly prepares a final blow. yet at the final moment, Poppy misses. stunned, she looks to her left, and sees that damn lizard with Kled on its back.
"HAHHAHA, SKAARL YOU HAD ME WORRIED THERE. NOW HAMMER GIRL, ITS AXE TIME!" Kled then throws out a beartrap at Poppy. Poppy blocks with her arm, leaving a painful but not fatal wound, then, surprisingly, feels a tug forward, noticing a damn rope stuck to it. As Skaarl and Kled charge, Poppy sighs, spins her hammer, and devastates the area and sending the duo flying back.
finally, Poppy begins walking back to help defend the fort, but hears something, she look back, and up, and sees Kled screaming at the top of his lungs coming at her in the sky.
the scene stops, Kled ready to chop Poppy down, and Poppy ready to break every bone in Kled's body.
does this do nothing to add to lore? yes does this do nothing preserve money? yes is it selfish? yes
but would it be awesome? most definitely
Shen, I'd love to see what he does be explored in more detail and his fighting style seems like it could be really cool to watch.
Urgot.
Not focused on some other character with Urgot as the villain. I want a cinematic about Urgot being Urgot doing Urgot things. 1-3 minutes of pure body horror Saw-like traps and death.

Hardly a surprise, I'd love to see Syndra in one. But ah, I'm no fool. She's got neither the lore relevance nor the popularity.

Zac fighting Twitch in Zaun while a subtle easter egg fight of Vi and Jinx in the background, hinted by pink explosions, but focussed on goo and rat,
Cut to Targon, where Leona and Diana are forced to work together against invading voidborn, where Soraka and even Aurelion show up to help, maybe even with Soraka protecting the two aspects from friendly fire, and a portal cameo from Zoe.
Flash to Bilgewater where the harrowing is going on, show us Fortune fighting those phantoms, have Pyke show up, look over Fortune, then leave, show a shadowy Nautilus in the background alongside Illaoi's tentacles taking out the shadowy scourge.
Noxus and Piltover in a clash, so many possibilities it's hard to even pick
But above all else, Freljord, show us Sejuani fighting Ashe, leave Gnar to show up in the brawl with say Lulu for, whatever crazy reason, then have those ancient void beasts erupt from the ice, only to have Lissandra and Nunu show up...
Heck, make a void war animatic, showing them invading Targon, Shurima, Freljord, let us see Cho and Kog being absolute terrors, give us Azir and Nasus fighting them off, Taliyah helping as she did earlier with Sivir helping too. With the Targon and Freljord bits from above.
Basically.. give us lore based scenes, like climb did, seeing Taliyah fighting Xerath, Blitz and Ekko, Thresh and Lucian, that one was amazing.
I want to see my version of the Black Rose taking on Mordekaiser. LeBlanc, Vladimir, Zyra, Jhin and Elise.
