Elementalist Lux Form (%Time Cap Discussion)

I'm a happy customer of Riot Games and their purchasable in-game content, and I decided I really enjoyed the VFX and VO I'd witnessed in games of Elementalist Lux.
After playing dozens of games with it, I'm still mostly satisfied with spending 27 USD on it, but I have one major complaint that I was wondering if anyone else had. Seeing final form upgrades only occurred in 1/10 of those games, and in the games it did occur, I only got to enjoy that final form for about a minute before the game ended.

I took her into the practice tool and decided to figure out how the form% upgrade worked and noticed there is a time restriction, in that you are only allowed to reach a given % of elemental power, to a given time. The first 100% cap for reaching first form upgrade, is at 7:50, which I understand, that is reasonable. The second 100% cap for reaching a final form upgrade, is at 19:30.. 2 1/2 times longer than the first form upgrade.

Maybe one could make the point that final forms are supposed to be rare and therefore seen in less games. I was unaware though that I would only get to appreciate half of the Elementalist Lux skin upon purchase, as the riot games support page: indicates that the only requirement is landing q,e,r skillshots.

No I'm not asking for any refund, but I am wondering if the skin was developed under a time that game lengths were averaged out above 20 minutes, not under. And that maybe the elemental power % time cap could use some re adjusting so that those who have spent so much on in-game content, can appreciate more than half of what it offers.

This might help in ARAM too. I've noticed I have a hard time getting to a stage 2 form unless the match is frequently stalling.

Or we could just make games longer bc 24-minute games arent fun to play in

Landing e gives progress? Also, the requirements to transform should always be lower because transforming isnt mandatory. i can chose to stay light lux all game if i want. often i chose to stay fire for the whole game even when i an transform because i like the fire form, sh has nice hair and voice lines

I would also like it to be easier to see my final form in more games.

I think 7 mins and 12 mins is reasonable, moreso with decreasing game types and other maps.

Not sure if this would be helpful, but if you never leave light form, you can get the final form around 14-15 min assuming you're landing spells. If you pick your first element, you should immediately get the second choice afterwards.

i have the fear of the depths to make it simple,i have a fear of body of waters but i love the water element aswell as mystic ice and dark nature idk is it weird lol
