Suggestion: Allow Borders Older Than a Year to be Purchasable With Gemstones

Is this a bad idea? I mean, it seems fair to me... Riot wants the borders to be exclusive, but what about the players who weren't here in 2018? What if it's 2021 and they really want that dragon trainer heimerdinger border? I really think you can keep it exclusive and make gemstones more exciting by allowing borders older than a year to be craft-able.

You could also make it even more exclusive by, for example, saying they can only get the dragon trainer Heimerdinger border with gemstones and only during the dragon tamer event. I also think they should do this with exclusive chromas as well...
