She's noxian but she's not currently in noxus.

Janna I believe was part of piltover's lore too so she could count as support.(or zaun, one of the two)

Velkoz can support, Sion goes support more often than top, both Pantheon and Diana can jungle.

I kinda expected champion archetypes to be discussed here, like that you want a parasite voidling as a support and stuff like that. You just pointed out which position the regions are missing.
