The Fifth Darkin, I think I know where it is

Aatrox Kayn Varus Tryndamere We have been told through the League of Legends lore that there are a total of five darkin; Aatrox, Rhaast, Varus, and eventually Tryndamere according to his lore. But where is the fifth one? I think that the final and fifth darkin, a being of war and bloodlust, is hidden in Noxus. Hear me out.

Varus Noxus is a war driven nation respecting the values of physical strength and victory in battle. Extremely imperialistic and violent by nature. This was the first clue to me that a darkin may be at work. In Aatrox's original lore he is able to insight anger and violence into any nearby mortal and cause them to be a major terror in battle. Rhaast demonstrates a similar quality with Kayn and his constant struggle to host Kayn's body. Now it may be discouraging that I am talking about an entire nation rather than a singular person, but consider Varus. He is the result of a darkin making a host out of two people so this can be done to multiple entities at a time. Even in Aatrox's lore, he is able to make an army of I think it was 3000 fight like an army of 300,000 so the entire subjugation by an extremely powerful darkin is not a far stretch.

Sion Swain Darius My next clue was the reworks on both Sion and Swain, both noxians and both received reworks relating to a red, blood like texture update and an imbued power of something far more dangerous. Starting with Sion, his lore is very convincing to me that he was imbued directly with some sort of darkin magic. Again referencing back to Aatrox, death is simply an obstacle for darkin. Darkin do not die the same way mortals do, their "souls" are imbued with something of significance, traditionally; Aatrox has his sword, Rhaast his scythe, and Varus his bow. However I do not think that Sion's soul is aligned with his axe, but rather his jaw. Occasionally in the pre game loading screen, a did you know will pop up sayin that Sion killed the last king of Demacia with his dying breath and the crown is now his jaw. It's an item of significance for Sion that binds him to his first life and holds him to the mortal plane. Swain is an entirely different example. On multiple occasions I hear a quote of him being referenced as a demon, but that seems to be more in reference to his abilities that were gifted to him. His whole memo is stealing souls from other champions and using them as a power source. Starting to see the relationship? Also in game playing as Swain, he seems to reference that Noxus has a hidden power that they are not yet ready to reveal, which could very well be a full fledged Darkin that has been raising an army out of Noxus to take revenge on those who nearly wiped out the rest of their race. And the recent Darius God King skin just makes me more suspicious leaning towards the assumption that he can kill a celestial like Zoe or Aurelion Sol.

Aatrox These are just the a few clues from the game that I have picked up on that seem to have too many coincidences to ignore. Honestly I'm kind of surprised I haven't seen this anywhere else. Let me know what the holes in this theory are, if anyone sees any, I am sure there will be some.

Tryndamere is not, and will never be, a Darkin.

If something happens to him, he will be only a host of Aatrox, it doesnt mean that Tryndamere will be a Darkin.

Aatrox Kayn Varus Sivir (Kayle+Morgana)

Sivir's crossblade has been confirmed to hold a Darkin, and Aatrox comments that Kayle is not fully Ascended and that Morgana can't become a full Darkin because the weapon was broken, and Kayle has the sword and a shield and Morgana has the chains and a shield. Their weapon is a scale like sword.

They represent the four horsemen of the apocolypse and Jesus. War with a sword, pestilence with a bow, death with a scythe, famine and justice with a scale, and Jesus wearing many crows, and I guess Sivir's crossblade is suppose to be both Jesus's crown of thorns and his cross, and Sivir will be the one who will kill the gods.

First, technically Rhaast was in Shurima before being claimed by Noxus and then being taken by Kayn after he defected to Ionia and the Order of Shadow. Having said that, if there would be a Darkin per faction, we have Aatrox for Freljord, Varus for Ionia, and Rhaast for Noxus. That leaves Targon, Bandle City, Piltover/Zaun, Shurima, Demacia, Shadow Isles, and the Void (probably missing a few tbh, but it's hard to keep up with the expanding lore). In my opinion, the most likely location would be Demacia (thematically opposed to Rhaast), but only Bandle City, Shurima, and the Void would be unlikely to me (Bandle City is Yordle-country, Shurima is where the Darkin originated from, and the Void just eats everything).

Second, Why would there be only five? According to the in-universe story of Twilight of the Gods, any of the Shuriman Ascended that have been returned to their human forms are candidates for becoming Darkin weapons. Only four (Nasus, Renekton, Azir, and Xerath) would be off the table, with three of those being unable to be turned into Darkin due to being dead or imprisoned and Nasus just staying away from the whole post-fall feuds.

Third, I believe that story already hints at the fifth Darkin (or, perhaps more accurately, the first in-universe Darkin) within its story: Ta'anuri or however you spell his name. I don't think we'll see him in champion form however, seeing as how his weapon-form would most likely be the Chalicar Sivir wields. Not to mention from what I've read he doesn't seem capable enough anymore to be a champion by himself (though it'd be neat to see Sivir and Ta'anuri interact with each other much like Rhaast and Kayn).

Then again, I may not have read enough into the lore and could be missing something entirely.

EDIT: Missed a part of your post pertaining to Sion: if Jarvan I was the in possession of a Darkin crown, that would be considered originally from Demacia and claimed by Noxus. Interesting.

Just gonna wrap this all up: Aatrox, Varus, Rhaast and Valeeva are the four known Darkin, and they've all found hosts. The fifth Darkin has not found a host, and so it's just a weapon in a vault somewhere.
