What are the steps Riot have to go trough to get to what we hear in game?

It depends on the voice actors, how many times they have to repeat certain phrases to be correct, the extra editing for special champions that are supposed to have unique voices and then the integration of them to the matched quotes, but nowadays its easier to do that even with moderate voice actors.
I heard that they spent years upon years to find the perfect voice actor and the perfect sound design team to create this masterpiece of an unforgettable champion voice line
