Do you think Karthus would like Senna because she has fully embraced death?
I don’t think he’d like the fact that Senna is still trying to fight the mist, but as she has embraced her power through the mist I think Karthus would respect that.

It likely depends on if she is undead now or if breaking out of the lantern somehow made her fully alive. If the former, he probably likes her, if the latter, he probably hates her for rejecting it.
