Rek'Sai and other's potential future skins

I'm personally just curious to if champions such as Rek'Sai who only have 3 skins, will be receiving any new skins in the near future. I only ask since i continuously see more popular champs getting skins almost every new release with champs who already have so many skins, receiving more to add to the pile of their already owned skins. Though these skins are not wrong and i understand why Riot decides to produce skins in this manner but all I want to see is more champs who popularity are lower but have dedicated fans receive skins that they so deserve, with some of those champs waiting for years.
