Do aliens exist in League verse?
By aliens I mean life forms from other planets. Would Darkin be classified as aliens or did they live in Runeterra long ago?

What are Targonians, Voidborn, Celestial Beigns, and Darkins but Aliens.
I'd say Aurelion Sol is an alien. He is a Celestial Dragon who creates stars and lives in space. I don't think he comes from another world, he just comes from space in general.
Runeterra is not the Targonians' homeworld. They descended on Runeterra from their alternate dimension sometime in the early age of the universe, after which they met Aurelion Sol.
The Targonians aren't even beings of the same reality as Sol is. They come from a different plane of existence.
Its been pretty much confirmed that there are aliens in the world of League of legends,because the targonians watch over several planets and since they need a host for that,it would mean that there are alien life forms on other worlds that can be used by the targonians as hosts.(tbh,I think it was kind of a missed opportunity that Zoe was not an alien aspect who traveled to runeterra and I'm pretty sure that riot toyed with that idea,as some of her concept art depicted her as rather inhuman looking)

Space Parasytes named Targonians who some how flew off of Runeterra in stone ages.
See Pantheon, Leona, Diana, Taric, etc. Some are less so than others. The aspects that inhabit the bodies of the humans we see are aliens called Targonians that descend upon Mount Targon and inhabit the bodies of those they see fit.
