Question about Lunar Wraith Morgana

So, given what we've seen on the PBE, Lunar Wraith Morgana is very similar to Ghost Bride Morgana in that she has floating statues in place of her wings, although looking at them made me think; From what we know, Lunar Revel is (assumedly) an Ionian celebration, considering the skins that get released during Lunar Revels (Lunar Goddess Diana, Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere, Nidalee and Katarina, Dragonblade Riven, Firecracker Jinx, etc.). My question is; would Morgana's "wing" idols of Dragons floating behind her be similar to the Mantle of Decorum worn by Irelia and Karma? If so, would there happen to be a little flavor story to the skins?
