Is the new Pulsefire Ezreal's splashart going to be Animated?
There hasn't been any news on it being animated like the rest of the Ultimate Skins so I just wanted to make sure if it will be before Ezreal comes live.

Every ultimate skin gets an animated splash and i'd be surprised if this one were treated any differently.

It will most likely be animated, we just gotta wait as that shows up late in the cycle.
