I'm not very sure about Kayle and Morgana, I guess all we can do is wait for their respective updates for us to get an actual idea of their lore.
About a Darkin being hid under Demacia, I believe so seeing as though the main Darkin weapons were given to each major faction of Runeterra and stored in wells of some sort: Rhaast was buried down in Noxus, Varus put in the well in Pallas-Ionia, Aatrox however I believe was put somewhere in the Freljord and so on. I believe there was also a Darkin in the 'mother of life', the well where Sivir was healed, but the Darkin there (Varus' sister) seems to be missing after reading Varus' comic.
Uhm I'm actually pretty sure that Morgana is a darkin since Aatrox said some stuff about her flesh being bound to this land,etc.
