"Your Shop" feature,bug?

So I just checked my "Your Shop" for discounts and noticed weird pricing on the skins.

Sweetheart Rakan is an epic skin, worth 1350RP, but on my discount it says the original price is 2325RP and the discount of 30% to 1627RP, what am I missing here?

Do you own Rakan? Because the offers include the Champions.
