We need more stories about magic hurting Demacia

With Lux and Sylas's stories, all we have are accounts of Demacians unfairly hurting and ostracizing their own people for even being capable of magic. Galio, Demacian's most powerful protector against magic, wouldn't exist if not for it powering his movement.

So we need some incite as to why Demacians (at least the ruling class) have such a hatred for magic. The fact Noxus uses it is a moot point when it's shown that there are in fact Demacians born with the power to do so. It's not as if it's because Noxus had the power that they couldn't.

Even if the explanation becomes that without enough petricite the ruling class is afraid they'd lose their power to mages, we still need the explanation in writing. Otherwise what we have is a situation like the Garen/Darius VS. event where one side is painted as the villains without showing the reasons and benefits of their rule.
