Is it just me, or does Kha'zix's skins make him feel different?
Of course the skins have different sounds effects and visuals, but I remember reading about how the sounds and animations have an effect on the way a champion's ability feels. Skins are supposed to be different the classic but imitate the ability with the length of the animation and dynamics of the sound effects. With Kha'zix's two newest skins, Death Blossom and the recently revealed Dark Star, his E ability in particular is different. Although of course this isn't a big deal and I don't know a lot about this topic, I just wanted to mention it because I thought it was interesting. His Leap ability just feels different on those two skins than on his classic, Mecha, and Guardian of the Sands. I think it is specifically the sound at the end of the animation, with the more recent skins having a quicker and louder thump at the end rather than the longer lasting, trailing off of sound of the older ones. Also, Death Blossom and Dark Star have a thick, singular line trailing from the E, while the others have multiple thinner lines. I don't know if this actually matters, but it feels a lot different in game to me.
I don't know, maybe I'm just crazy, but the topic of the feeling and sounds of champions always interested me, so maybe I'm just seeing/hearing things. But it would be nice to know. Do the skins have a different feeling to you? Riot, is this an actual thing or am I just insane? Anyway, I just wanted to put this out there because I thought the topic was cool.
