Gun Goddess Miss Fortune causing lemming frames

I don't own this skin, but I just played a game where our ADC had it.

Despite having reasonable FPS throughout the match, whenever she was on screen and casting abilities (especially her ultimate) the framerate completely dropped. In teamfights where she wasn't present but a lot of abilities were thrown around, my fps was a-okay, but every time she cast her ult (even when it was the only ability being used and everyone else was just running away and me chasing them) it completely died and it became really hard for me to use my abilities.

The other abilities aren't too bad, but her ultimate always caused lag. Maybe there's some excess particles that can be cleaned up?

Also, keep in mind that I have no problem with the skin's aesthetics so put your rage comments away. I'm just concerned about the framerate.
