Somehow we've gone from a Red-White-Gold color scheme to a Pink-Blue(-Gold) color scheme (as of Blood Moon Elise's release).

Well they likely started using different kinds of reds(yes pink is sometimes seen as a shade of red),because they didn't want the skinline to become too monotone(which is likely what caused the battlecast skinline to die,as they were all dark grey and red/orange)
Talon, Jhin, TF all look fine to me.
Originally Elise went on pbe pink, then they turned her red, then they reverted it because it didn't really seem that great especially since her base skin already had red in it.
Evelynn is the same issue with her tango being too similar in color. Only thing they fucked up with was the horns and the hair color.
