Even our (Italian) content creator about the Lore (before it was just LoL, now in general) received a similar package, but with another region. I could not recognize it, though. He is called "Nero Wolf".

That part is surely the part of Piltover, Zaun, and east forest of shurima continent. Look at the medarda map
He does a lot of work by reading stories to us, for us, explaining some, even theorizing them and correcting wrong theories si he can re-guide us to a correct path of understanding League's lore. He deserved to get that psrt of the map, if not, even the whole map of Runeterra. :P
