In-game models lack shine

Not in the metaphorical sense, but the ongoing texture updates have all but removed all the shine from metal aspects of characters. Things like Kayle, every Pentakill skin, and Overlord Malz just look flat and boring without it. I'm sure there's a better way to update the texture.
