Right at his art before getting upgraded in his room on the left bottom, there's a Blade that looks like the Blade of the Ruined King.

Yes, this is the Blade of the Ruined King. He also has Zhonya's Hourglass on the shelf.
Stuff like this is why people thought that the Legends of Runeterra cards are not canon, since there is alot of stuff going on in the art that seems weird. However, we got told that the art of the card game is basically the same like the champion interactions in the game.
The pictures are more a "what if" situation. Not everything that is going on there actually happened, but it could possibly happen at some point, if the opportunity ever arises. Just like, for example, Swain has never actually met Jinx in the lore. But he has an interaction for her in the game reading her secrets, this is what would happen if Swain would some day encounter Jinx.
So you can see this picture just as "this would be how it looks like if Ezreal might ever find the Blade of the Ruined King and Zhonya's Hourglass on his adventures". It does not necessarily mean that these items are actually in his possession.
In general I'd take some of the card art with a grain of salt. Most of these things are likely canon, but some smaller details are probably more little easter eggs and nothing more.
They also said that some things are more like "what-if"-scenarios, so Heimerdinger hasn't build a full T-Hex in the lore, but he might do it eventually
Hes an archeologist that has collected many artifacts over the years. "Blade of the ruined king sounds like it is an artifact in my books. There is likely lore involved there too, but that is the jist.
It's the Bork. He's also got a pickaxe, boots, what looks like Zhonya's hourglass and a Spellbinder.

In all seriousness, I don't know how canon we are to take the cards, but if he was grabbing a Tear in the cinematic, I guess it would make sense that he might have a few other relics in his back pocket. Would make for an interesting story if that all came to bite him in the rear someday.
