Can champs that dont move their mouths when doing taunts and laughs do so?
Seems like a relatively simple fix to modernize some champs a lil.

I dont think that it would be a good idea for 2 main reasons:
A) The movement of their lips would not synchronize, specially in other languages, since most of the champions have more than 1 line of dialogue for each laugh/taunt/joke B) You wont notice anyways because most of the heads of the champions that dont move their mouths have small heads, and the camera is supposed to stay away from the head of the champion.
That would cost money to do, and Riot would make none of it back for that change. Ergo, it will never happen unless the champ gets a VGU or a legendary+ skin.
Isn't F2P neat?
Most old champion models simply don't allow for them to open their mouth.
