@Riot, Do you look at Community Lore Rework Concepts or Ideas and put it In-Game?

So, I've had a question been brewing in my mind. How much does the community play a big role in creating Lore?

Although input and reaction from a Rioter is received on a said post containing a Great Lore Rework Concept or a Certain Lore Change, there's one question that still remains: is it a sufficient enough idea to be put into League of Legends? Or, does the Community help out towards a certain limit in order to avoid certain copyright issues?

I can understand the issues of putting in a lot of Community Content into League; not all of the content might fit the game or some of it might be contradictory for some ideas already implemented in League. But, this doesn't mean that you don't have to deny the content the Community posts; actually letting a Community Idea be implemented into League will help League Players and the rest of the community have more interaction with the game! It's actually a combination of both positive and negative participation; yet, it's very tricky to draw the boundaries to how much the Community can interact with the League reworks. Nevertheless, Community Input plays a large part in improving certain aspects in League, especially if it's an issue that many people are complaining about!

But, if you guys have examples of certain community input that was able to move into the real game, post it down below!

Well... Outside of three skins (Popstar Ahri, AstroNautilus and Pool Party Ziggs), they've never really done it anywhere within the company.

There are some likely legal hurdles to incorporating fan generated content into the game, including acquiring written permission from the content creator (It's the creator's copyrighted material, after all).

It's one thing for the League Facebook page to post a comic strip on Sundays or talk about a cosplayer's latest creation. It's entirely another to incorporate a fan's story directly into the lore or spend months making a skin based on a fan's concept drawings.

I'm sure most of the departments (a certain team directly related to this board, notwithstanding) look at multiple forums and social media outlets as well as these boards and may get an inspiration here and there. However, the process for making skins and writing lore (apparently) takes so much time that the original idea may get lost in committee brainstorming sessions and whatnot.

And then you end up with Ahri X Wukong. It's fine incorporating some community ideas but please be more selective about it and don't destroy lore credibility even harder.
