@Riot Sivir skin just inst "victorious"

Hi Riot, I greatly appreciate the boarders and the skin I received from achieving gold this season. Although this is true, I know for a fact that you guys down at Riot can do much better then what you guys released for this years victorious skin. The skin just feels flat and almost looks like warden sivir with a new blade. Would really appreciate it if you guys went back and tried to polish it up a little and make it "victorious".
