PROJECT Pyke is very, very disappointing

For a 1820 RP, this skin does not have anything outstanding. There are more than a few of these thread already, but an extra one to show why riot needs to go back and work on the skin a lot more. Here is a whiny list:

He reuses base animation
Bad color scheme. Need to be darker with brighter/more distinguishable holographic particle
New model for the machete. Maybe something else entirely.
Add more impact to the E. It just doesn't have the 'bonk' feel like other skins
The tattered cape has S2 stiffness.
Wait his auto attack animation is actually reused. What a joke

Honestly the only saving grace this skin currently has is the ulting animation which is wicked cool and terrify sounding and the dance animation. Gonna need a full song with that sick riff.

Honestly, Legendary skins themselves appear to have a tier list within a tier list.

There are some, like Pyke, that don't change much outside of the emotes(joke, taunt, dance, laugh), recall, and new VO.
There are some that have new animations/new VO/other cool stuff that keep the champion's silhouette overall the same(BA Ezreal comes to mind here because he's still pretty much just Ezreal only he goes Super Saiyan(is that the correct term?)).
There's stuff that's borderline ultimate because it completely changes everything about the champion while still being recognizable as that champion(Dark Cosmic Jhin comes to mind here because his silhouette is completely different in the sense that he has 4 arms and changes forms into something completely different from what he was before).

I feel like Pyke suffers from having such a unique silhouette/animations that giving him a "proper" Legendary just wouldn't work because it would change too much about him. I think he could have used at least a unique homeguard/walk animation, but I'm not really sure what they could have done outside of that.

Riot has mentioned newer champs that get legendaries won't have as many new animations because they already have a very large animation suite like Nightbringer Yasuo

His auto attacks are a bit different actually; his dagger telaports from each hand. Take it as you will.

I think the problem is that base pyke's animations are so good it's hard to think of even better ones. That's why i hate Jhin's legendary skin; he lost the base skin's animations
