The power of Vladimir's blood magic

Ok so while I've been playing Vladimir a thought came to my mind. Exactly to what extent can he use blood magic? We know that he can use it water-bender style to shoot it like a tidal wave at his enemies, that he can drain the blood of his enemies to heal himself, turn himself into a blood pool, and manipulate other's body as easly as his own, along with blood rituals including Sion's resurection. But what can he do more? For example, can he boil the blood of his enemies in their veins? Can he cause a blood disease or plague? Can he levitate his enemies into the air by levitating the blood withing them? I would love his lore to be exapanded in the next Noxus update. Tell me your thoughts about this.

Formal definition of blood magic:

#Blood magic is the control and transmutation of the essence of life into life and its various manifestations.

Essentially he can bend blood but also turn blood into things it's related to.

Another thing people forget about him that might prove very important is that

#He can control the minds of others as easily as his own.

This, and the fact that he's learned a lot from his friendship with LeBlanc means he is similarly skilled in creating elaborate illusions and hallucinations (though only for a few people at a time).

Another consequence of knowing LeBlanc is that he has various generalist black mage skills, but this is all secondary to his blood magic.

Isn't his ult literally a Hemoplague?

Imo I always imagined that in-universe Blood Magic would be hazardous to the individual trying to use such abilities. Like the control of other's body fluid at the click of a finger is an insainly powerful thing without repercussions (and sounds utterly barbaric). I would assume Vlad is actually the only one capable of effecting another person's blood, while lower class blood mages have to pull from their own bodies (Bloodhunter style) which would risk death or insanity.

Either that or blood magic is simply a tool to help casting general spells, rituals or other supernatural mumbo jumbo rather than any actual manipulation of blood.

I would imagine if he was pissed enough he could just rip all of the blood out of someone.

Why would he be able to boil blood or control disease? Does he have heat magic or plague magic?
