This is how you know certain groups get little to know representation on a regular basis:

Every time you look in a story, you keep pointing out that this same kind of person shows up; female, warrior, strong, fiercer than most other people, high in prestige and power.

This isn't a complaint or anything, but god damn. Most people wouldn't even realize how little women get shown in strong roles until you see them do and think, "WHY ARE THERE SO MANY!?!!?"

Simple: because they're finally around.
