My Reaction: Yes a rumble skin!! And yes a wukong skin but i think he needed a GU/VGU first before a skin. Maybe he's preferable to receive a GU after aatrox rework.
Both of them could use a VGU eventually,but there are so many other champs that need it more,that it is ok to give them a new skin for now.
I mean just look at the number of "Tier1"-candidates for a VGU

Currently it looks like we'll get a total of 6 VGUs this year(Nunu is almost confirmed and there are a lot of things that point towards a Kayle&Morgana update),but even if they'd give us 6 VGUs every year it would take over 2 years to update all the Tier1 candidates alone(and even among the tier 2 candidates these 2 might not be among the top)
Anyway the skins look awesome,especially the rumble skin.
atleast rumble's skin looks somewhat decent, wukong just gets another shitty looking, cheap ass skin. for a champ that receives a skin every 2 (this time even longer 2 years and almost 3 months) years this is just pathethic, i feel sorry for wukong mains because he could have had a way better looking skin. wukong is more than 6 years old and not even a legendary.... he was also a good option for ultimate skin of this year together with shen but no... give another adc the ultimate skin.
it shows as to how much riot just doesnt give a shit about their players anymore, they just get all the good stuff for their favorite positions adc's and midlaners.
At least its not another Journey to the West reference... but I honestly can not be happy about it cause I feel like that's the same excuse Riot would tell people as to why he didn't get a skin with new Animations and new VO. Seriously, is this REALLY going to be his THIRD 1350 RP skin? It's still early so I'm holding out hope, but I really doubt this will be any better then what he's already gotten.
