Champions getting new models for skins while their base models continue to be old and outdated??

Surprised he's not a full rework candidate and getting a skin... Isn't there a visual update for him coming? But here's a skin first...? Omega Squad, but Final Boss Veigar, gives him that much needed voice update too. Lol... Soon to be... If her default VO isn't updated I don't know what to say. For some reason Star Guardian Ahri is an updated model with better animation and the others are left behind...
