In my opinion, the arts side of Riot has been amazing lately

When I say the arts, I mean the splashes, world art, the skins, music, etc.

With the new High Noon skins, the recent leak of the new popstar skins as well as the prestige Kai'Sa skin, and the upcoming Harrowing skins, the skin team has been on fire. The skins seem pretty good, and they will most likely sell well.

The splashes of the game have been improved massively over time, with some champion skins being the exception (I'm talking to you groovy Zilean). I suppose the more recent examples would be the Irelia rework, High Noon skins, and the popstar line. The splashes of these are astounding, and I'm extremely hyped for popstar Kai'Sa. The world art is pretty good as well, it really helps to fleshes out the world, and in conjunction with the new map, actually forms a nice representation of Runeterra.

I'll admit, I don't really know how Riot collaborates to release their music, but the new World's song is amazing, and I believe that the World's songs have only been getting better. From Warriors, to Legends Never Die, to Rise, in my opinion, they have only increased in quality. Riot also released the Warsongs a while back which were decent. Some of them I really liked, but some fell flat.

Music in game has also been steadily improving, with entrance music on Zoe and Jhin, along with a musical score on Aatrox ult, as well as more that I probably haven't noticed.

Animations and music on the login screen are good but underappreciated, since the login animations make some computers lag.

Overall, Riot has done a stand up job bringing their world to life, and I personally appreciate it and will happily drain my bank account for them. TY Rito

There was a time I felt League skins were of a lower quality than their competition. I'm happy to say that's no longer the case.

Yeah, the artist part of the company deserves (most of times) a rise. But when it comes to internal political content, it makes me go back on spending a single cent of Riot. It's been years since the release of Void Fizz, that was my last purchase, produced for the following points, and I'm sure I'm leaving some more:

1 - They basically can rob you with any champion and/or skin you bought with RP. Yes, rob, steal, the noun you prefer. Since Karthus update, they said (in spanish forums) "we would like to have something for you so you can get refund it without having to pass through support, but we are far from that". So, adding a button it's so complicated. And many, many players gave them ideas, but were not taken in consideration, not even a single reply.

2 - Balancing around only pro? Wow, balancing almost the entire game on less than a 10% (and that's way to far number from a real one) of they players.

3 - On EUW, when they changed the servers years ago, thousands of players had lag, even +10k ping. The first month, even the two first ones, they said it was our internet problem, yeah, what a coincidence. After they "researched" a bit more, they found it was their problem with the IPS, and basically, no apologizes were made.

4 - € are cheaper than $, let's rise the price, but when € are more expensive than $, let's keep it the same price.

5 - Preferences on popular champions letting other ones without any attention. Just look Kayn, Zoe. Released recently while other champs have been years without skins (for example, balance team just take in consideration 20-30 champs, so more flashy plays and fast games can be done, instead of more variety of champs can be in a good spot, making the game a bit slower, they said that).

If they can change point 1, I'll be fine to come again and purchase them things. Meanwhile, I don't like to be robbed whenever they want to update anything I could buy. "Oh, but you pay only if you want", yeah the same way you payed your mobile because you want.
