If he is a Fighter/Berserker/top laner with only pants on him and chains on his hands and a muscular body full of scars like a real badass i will buy this champion instantly.

I hope he is a human maybe a powerful Noxian and Darius rival captured by Demacia with magical chains that makes his powers fade away but after many years he learns to control the chains and uses them as a way to become stronger and escape the prison... man that would be badass.
