Cho'Gath, the Terror of the Void - League of Legends

Hello everyone! If you are reading this you are probably confused and you probably dont care that much. But I wanted to post this to tell Riot Games and you guys something about this champion that is maybe forgotten.

Chogath Cho Gath was in the game since 2009. He is one of the most basic champions with a simple kit. His Passive heals him for every kill on an enemy or a turret.

His Q (Rupture) Knocks up all the enemies it hits, it also slows every enemy it hits for a short time. Just by his Q he is useful in team fights and ganks.

His W (Feral Scream) Deals magic damage and silences all enemies hit.

His E (Vorpal Spikes) makes his next 3 basic attacks deal more damage and dealing magic damage and on top of that it slows all enemies hit.

His R (Feast) Deals true damage that stacks with champions and monsters or minnions giving him bonus Health. It does a lot of damage to Monsters or Minnions at level 6 so his ultimate is very useful. His ultimate can be used for: Getting a kill , dealing over 1,000+ damage to any monster or minnion , getting your enemy low enough for someone else to get the kill

Cho Gath is a really good champion in team fights and in 1v1s after level 6. His main problem is that he isnt played or popular that much despite being useful and a great Top Laner or Support. His voice lines are old as he is and he doesnt have any lore or connections to League of Legends story. Knowing that I really think this champion needs an lore update and new voice lines.

His current lore is very very short and very outdated. His abilities are also outdated and have never changed (Only visualy and stat based) I think that this champion has a really good potential for a lore with all of the other void champions.

Thats all I have to say I hope someone agrees with me. Thank you for reading

Cho'gath has been among the top-candidates for a VGU for a long time now, the problem is simply that this list is very long and riot actually slowed down the amount of reworks they are doing.

As for his lore: Well a lot of void-champs are still waiting for their big lore updates, so far the only ones who got lore updates were the human void-champs and Vel'koz, but Kha'zix, Rek'sai, Cho'Gath and Kog'maw are all still waiting for their update.

absolutely he deserves a rework. id find it really neat if his model started out very small and grew more significantly every time he stacked ult. as for lore: there just isnt too much there right now. he just is the basic "void = endless hunger" theme made into a champion. regarding that theme, id like to see them go into that dierection more, like they did with velkoz and his hunger for knowledge. cho could be the basic hunger for matter, velkoz hungers for knowledge and the other/future void champs could get their own specific appetites. basic things like "fear", "pain" etc would be easy, but im sure they could come up with more creative and interesting things.

Cho'Gath has flown under the radar in a lot of aspects: lore, overall power level, and general appearance in League games. The champion is actually extremely strong. I have a half-hearted desire to see him reworked with a complete new set of voice-overs and animations (especially his growth animation, it needs to be overhauled and made fluid and perhaps a little more exciting); half-hearted because I know the minute he gets reworked he is going to get nerfed as soon as people start to play him and realize just how powerful he is.

I think he´s been getting lowkey balance changes here and there so he should not be considered to have been forgotten.

But as for lore and visuals.......well he is part of a very, very long list of champions that are waiting for updates in these regards.

Is KogMaw a forgotten champion?
