I would actually like if Dr. Mundos rework connects him to her in some way. They both have skin color that goes in the same direction, both have regenerating powers (Eve in her shroud in gameplay), Mundo enjoys pain and inflicting it, Evelynn loves inflicting pain.
Maybe he could be a scientist who survived an encounter with her and got a sample, which he used to experiment with his own body and he became obsessed with her.

I think torturing Mundo is like shoving an entire pack of bubblegum in your mouth. Sure, there's a lot to chew, but it doesn't make for a fine meal.

Mundo is still a mortal though, even if he is juiced up on roids. He would live an extremely long time, and probably be one of the few mortals to withstand most of Evelynn's torture for the longest amount of time, but eventually, I think she would find a way to kill him.
Don't you think she tried to find some BDSM clubs ? I mean, if I was a demon that fed upon pain, that would be the first place I would go, I guess they couldn't handle her torment for so long.
Evelynn needs to feel and see the reaction of her victim before their death. Mundo doesnt feel pain lmao, so i think it would be boring for her. It's similar to a drunk who doesnt know hes getting cut.
Problem is that Mundo believes that everyone is like him, masochists, and uses his "treatment methods" on them. While he loves pain, he also inflicts pain to those around him and he won't go easy.
