When can we expect to see it? It was teased on PBE and we were all expecting it to be released during patch V8.9 but we were all kinda let down that it's still not available.
Is it still under some form of testing?

Many of us can see the icon option on the profile page to change the background, but it dissapears.

Supposedly the bug is that the icon is showing when the feature is disabled.

Hi friends, this feature is being gradually enabled across regions, which is why it’s not available everywhere yet. I don’t have the specific rollout plan to share, but please be patient as the team makes it available. Sorry I don’t have more details, but didn’t want people worried it was bugged and not being addressed.
