Just saw Pulsefire Ezreal’s interactions with other versions of champions in different universes and I really like that fact that league has a multiverse
My favorite skinverse has to be Dark Star the champs that bear the dark star design fit so well with the theme of giant entities of darkness that destroy and consume everything

I think my favorite is Dragon World. It feels like they've done the most work on that one to really flesh out all the different factions in that skin line; I would love to see a Dragon World event someday with a more dangerous and involved dragon encounter. That would really scratch the itch of an epic dragon fight in League.
Star Guardian Mainly because the event last year was amazing. I never had been into the magical girl genre before xD
Bilgewater: Burning Tides I dont own any of those skins but I like the lore and the look of the skins.
I actually gotta say Elderwood. It doesn't really have much but the potential... :O

Blood Moon is a fucking demon summoning cult and I love it.
Not sure if it counts as a skin universe per se, but I'm really in love with Hextech as of late. Riot's revamp of the skin line with Annie was really successful imo and I can't wait to see more champions dressed up in Victorian era fashion with magical steampunk pets:

dude, you misunderstood "the skin universe", Dark Star is a skin series that is a part of Odyssey Universe, along with odyssey skins and probably Cosmic. Besides, my favourite universe is probably Rift Quest, I enjoy its D&D aesthetics

The Dragon World skin universe! Comprising of the Dragon Slayers, Dragon Trainers and Dragon Masters.
I like the Project/Program, it's so complexive and well developed. On and both skinlines belong to a same universe. I like Pulsefire too.
PROJECT all the way. I love the sci-fi-like atmosphere and the skins just shine with their particles and own color spectrum for each champ. The story is well developed + the cinematic and music is simply amazing. PLease give us some more lore with it, project has so much more potential!

I'd have to say Star Guardian first and formost, followed closely by the Cooking Masters. I'm in love with Pizza Sivir, Baker Pants, Master Chef Tahm, and Sashimi Akali, and I CANNOT WAIT to see how Morgana's VU will update her Sinful Succulence skin to fit in their world a little better.
PROJECT for sure. The story we got with the last three project skins was everything I ever wanted, Vi and Vayne were so cool in that universe. PROJECT Jhin is also one of the coolest skins I've ever seen and his character adaptation was amazing. The other skins before that are all good as well, but the last three really made me fall in love with the universe.
Shoutout to Dragon World for second place though, Dragon Slayer Pantheon's flavour text sends chills down my spine.
The 2 best skins in the game happen to be from the same "AU" so I guess I'd have to say it's high noon
