What happened to the new SG Line of Skins? Why did Riot veer away from the anime concept from the original set of SG Skins, Jinx, Janna, Poppy etc. The YouTube Video above says it all.

Well, the thing is Riot did a great job regarding the art. And if they keep releasing the same stuff people will be complaining anyway since it is an "uncreative cashgrab".

I personally see the new Star guardian skin adding more lore and gives a new faction. It is hardly bad.

The answer is because they're based primarily on Madoka Magicka which had a bunch of dark secrets.
