Program Soraka

First of all thank you for the amazing skin. I absolutely love it.

I do have one minor complaint which if you guys can take a look at and do something about would be amazing.

The passive indicator for Soraka needs some more clarity. In the heat of a battle it sort of gets lost.

Maybe brighten it up abit more or add some pulsing animation so that it reads better in game. The skin is great and as a support main and a Soraka enthusiast I will definitely be using it alot.
