Are Kled and Teemo actually... related?

Kled says about Teemo:

Just 'cause we was kin don't mean I ain't feeding you to Skaarl! Hey cous', glad you came to visit! A relative's just another unwanted guest.

Now, I could see how he calls him "kin" and "cous" just because they are both Yordles, but word "relative" seems to mean they have actual blood ties, even if distant ones.

This would check out, as they are both wacko Yordle killers and such things sometimes run in the family, but I need a confirmation.

I'm pretty sure those and a bunch more are taunts for yordles in general, not Teemo specifically, since he says things like:

"Just 'cause we was kin don't mean I ain't feeding you to Skaarl!" "Hey cous', glad you came to visit!" "A relative's just another unwanted guest." "Afraid I had to cut your visit short." "You ain't cute now!" "Aw, you are so cute... 'fore I ripped your fuzzy head off!" "I could feel bad about killing you, or we could stomp on your corpse!" "You was cute - lousy, but cute."

All of this comes after taunts for Talon, so it could be Teemo, or yordles in general. I'm inclined to say it's for yordles in general.

Teemo is just a scout in the yordle army. he's not a "crazy yordle killer". All that's stated in his lore is that he turns serious when in combat. outside of combat he has a warm personality.

If you go far back enough everyone has a common ancestor so everyone of a certain species is kin and that is how the word commonly used when you have a setting with multiple sentient and intelligent lifeforms.

Not confirmed it's said directly to Teemo, could be any Yordle. Every yordle is pretty much related, they are all yordles after all...I don't think Teemo and kled are CLOSELY related because everytime Riot puts out a Yordle champion people say it's related to Teemo. Their personalities don't match aside from the way they fight.

We have no idea about Teemo's age, but he seems young in the Yordle world because he's just a scout, and his voice is so light sounds like he inhaled a helium balloon. We know Kled is old because he was there while Noxus was being founded, and his voice got some more bass to it. Satan is more closely related to Teemo than Kled imo.
