Are who I personally think may get it.. folks who are strong but not too overbearing, and have remained relatively average. NB4 someone days AAA EZREAL IS GETTING A VGU, he's only having his W reworked and everything else is a visual update.
My friends and I are thinking Syndra. It would finally give us a proper midlaner (Morg only half-counts).

We need a mid laner. Victorious has 0 mid lane skins. You could make a argument for Morg, but she won it has a support and most of her games are also played as a support.
I want it to be, we need an Assassin victorious skin.
Add to that list "a skin that came out in the past 2-3 months."
Aside from that extra criterion, my top 5: Sion, Swain, Ryze, Orianna, Alistar. Many of the other really obvious picks don't qualify.
